At AYLA, we offer a range of delivery options to suit your lifestyle—whether you prefer the ease of home delivery or want to pick up items yourself, we make the process convenient and reliable.
Delivery Service Options
Delivery services vary by item and selected service level. While most items are eligible for delivery within the contiguous United States, large items are shipped through one of the following five methods:
1. Full-Service Delivery
Includes:

Placement of items in the room of your choice

Assembly of furniture

Removal of all packaging materials and debris

An adult (18+) must be present during the delivery window

If no authorized adult is present, a redelivery fee will apply
2. Indoor Drop-Off
Includes:

Delivery inside the front door or garage

No assembly
-
No removal of packaging materials
-
An adult (18+) must be present to receive the delivery

If no one is present, the delivery may default to Outdoor Drop-Off, or a redelivery fee will apply
3. Outdoor Drop-Off
Includes:

Placement outside the front door
-
No assembly or packaging removal
-
No need for anyone to be present to receive the delivery
4. Parcel Shipping
Smaller/lighter items may be delivered via UPS, FedEx, or USPS:

Delivered to your front door
-
No assembly or packaging removal
-
No one needs to be present
5. Self Pickup
Includes:

Free pickup directly from our U.S. warehouse

Appointment required in advance
Note: Orders may include multiple items with different delivery methods. Please refer to your sales receipt for specific delivery types.
Delivery Guidelines
You are responsible for ensuring:

Items can fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and other access points.

If an item cannot be delivered due to access limitations, a restocking fee (or forfeiture of non-refundable custom order deposit) will apply.

Floors are protected using rugs, cardboard, or blankets prior to delivery.

Cancellations or rescheduling occur within allowed timeframes; changes outside these periods may incur additional fees and affect delivery timing.
Shipping Timelines

In-stock items ship within the estimated timeframe on the product page, and in any case within 30 days of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

If a delay occurs, we will email a written notice offering:

(a) a new confirmed ship date of your choice, or
-
(b) an immediate full refund, processed within 7 days.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Timeframes
For All Customers:

Notify us within 48 hours of purchase for changes or cancellations

Special delivery requests (e.g., elevator access, restricted hours, narrow streets) must also be submitted within this timeframe
For Deliveries in AZ, CA, NV, TX, UT, OK, KS:

Notify us at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery

Special delivery requests must also be submitted at least 48 hours prior
Authorized Adult Requirement
An adult (18+) must be present to:

Receive the delivery

Sign the delivery receipt
If not:

A redelivery fee will apply

Indoor Drop-Offs may automatically change to Outdoor Drop-Off
Additional Notes

Delivery locations must be safe and accessible

Elevators are required for deliveries beyond two flights of stairs

For tight access spaces, customers may be required to sign a damage waiver before delivery is attempted

Legal Disclosures

Implied Warranties: Except for goods expressly sold “AS-IS” per Civil Code § 1792.4, all new consumer goods carry the implied warranty of merchantability under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.

Written Warranties: Full or limited written warranties are available in-store and online prior to purchase (16 C.F.R. §702).

No Gag Clause: These terms do not restrict your right to post honest reviews (15 U.S.C. §45b).

Complete Pricing: Advertised prices include all mandatory fees, excluding applicable sales tax and delivery, in compliance with Cal. Civ. Code § 1770(a)(29).
