Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy

Standard Stock Items:

Cancel within 48 hours of purchase or at least 48 hours before delivery (in select states): No fee

Otherwise: 25% cancellation fee applies

Custom Special Orders:

All cancellations forfeit the 50% deposit

As-Is Items
-
Sold without warranty, returns, or exchanges

Items are sold “AS-IS / WITH ALL FAULTS”

Buyers assume all risk regarding quality and performance

A sticker with this disclaimer is placed on the item and repeated on the sales receipt

California Civil Code § 1792.4 applies
Custom Special Orders

Require a 50% non-refundable deposit
-
Allow at least 2 weeks for production and delivery
-
Delivery must be scheduled once items arrive
-
Failure to schedule delivery will result in order cancellation and deposit forfeiture
-
If delivery is not possible due to space limitations, the order will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited
-
Changes or cancellations must be made within 48 hours of purchase. After that, the order cannot be modified or canceled
Parcel Shipping & Returns

No cancellations, quantity changes, or address changes once shipped
-
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

Items must be new, unassembled, and unmodified
-
Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense, unless the shipment was refused upon delivery
-
Carriers will attempt delivery 3 times, then hold the item for 5 days at a local facility
-
Unclaimed packages will be returned to Living Spaces and refunded (excluding shipping) within 10 business days
-
You may return using a prepaid label (deducted from the refund) or your own trackable shipping method
