Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns for standard stock items are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Processing Fee: A 10% processing fee applies.

  • Items Not Eligible for Return:

    • Custom special orders

    • “As-is” items

    • Mattresses, box springs, pillows, and bedding

    • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Additional Information:

    • Pickup fees apply if items need to be retrieved from your home

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

    • Refunds cover the purchase price of the item, minus applicable fees and in accordance with state law


Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Exchanges for standard stock items are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Fee Structure:

    • For items of equal or higher value: No restocking fee

    • For lower-value items: 25% restocking fee applies

  • Other Fees: Additional redelivery fees will be charged

  • Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

    • Custom special orders

    • “As-is” items

 Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Stock Items:

    • Cancel within 48 hours of purchase or at least 48 hours before delivery (in select states): No fee

    • Otherwise: 25% cancellation fee applies

  • Custom Special Orders:

    • All cancellations forfeit the 50% deposit


 As-Is Items

  • Sold without warranty, returns, or exchanges

  • Items are sold “AS-IS / WITH ALL FAULTS”

  • Buyers assume all risk regarding quality and performance

  • A sticker with this disclaimer is placed on the item and repeated on the sales receipt

  • California Civil Code § 1792.4 applies


 Custom Special Orders

  • Require a 50% non-refundable deposit

  • Allow at least 2 weeks for production and delivery

  • Delivery must be scheduled once items arrive

  • Failure to schedule delivery will result in order cancellation and deposit forfeiture

  • If delivery is not possible due to space limitations, the order will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited

  • Changes or cancellations must be made within 48 hours of purchase. After that, the order cannot be modified or canceled


 Parcel Shipping & Returns

  • No cancellations, quantity changes, or address changes once shipped

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be new, unassembled, and unmodified

  • Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense, unless the shipment was refused upon delivery

  • Carriers will attempt delivery 3 times, then hold the item for 5 days at a local facility

  • Unclaimed packages will be returned to Living Spaces and refunded (excluding shipping) within 10 business days

  • You may return using a prepaid label (deducted from the refund) or your own trackable shipping method
