Delivery Policy

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • All items fit through entryways, doorways, staircases, and hallways to the desired location.

    • If delivery is unsuccessful due to access limitations, a restocking fee applies for standard items, or forfeiture of deposit for custom orders.

  • Floors are protected (with rugs, blankets, or cardboard) before delivery.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling occur within the required timeframes to avoid additional fees or delays.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • In-stock items ship within the timeframe shown on the product page or within 30 days of payment (whichever is sooner), unless otherwise agreed.

  • If shipping is delayed, you’ll receive:

    1. A new proposed shipping date, or

    2. A full refund processed within 7 days.


Delivery Rescheduling / Cancellation Timeframes

  • All customers: Notify within 48 hours of purchase

  • AZ, CA, NV, TX, UT, OK, KS deliveries: Notify at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery


Special Delivery Requests

(e.g., narrow streets, elevator needs, limited hours)

  • All customers: Must inform us within 48 hours of purchase

  • AZ, CA, NV, TX, UT, OK, KS: Notify at least 48 hours before delivery


Adult Presence Required

  • An adult (18+) must be present to receive the delivery and sign the receipt.

    • If absent:

      • A redelivery fee will apply

      • For Indoor Drop-Offs, service may default to Outdoor Drop-Off without notice


Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery locations must be safe and accessible

  • Elevators are required for deliveries above two flights of stairs

  • For tight spaces, customers may be asked to sign a damage waiver before delivery is attempted


Parcel Shipping & Returns

  • Once shipped, parcel orders cannot be cancelled, quantities changed, or addresses updated

  • Parcel items are:

    • Returnable within 7 days if in new and unassembled condition

    • Returned at customer’s expense (unless refused at delivery)

  • Carriers make 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful:

    • Item is held at a local facility for 5 days

    • Unclaimed items are returned and refunded (excluding original shipping) within 10 business days

  • Returns can be made with:

    • Prepaid return label (cost deducted from refund), or

    • Your own trackable service

  • Risk of loss transfers to customer upon confirmed delivery
